Hi there!

I create tall (3-4 layers) mini luxe couture cakes in sizes 4”, 5”, 6”.

Flavors.

Vanilla

Vanilla cake filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream. The filling can be customized for an extra charge. Ask for the list upon contact.

Chocolate Espresso +$20

Chocolate cake sandwiched between espresso buttercream and a lightly bitter dark melt-in-your-mouth chocolate ganache, decorated with vanilla buttercream.

Tropical Carrot +$15

Carrot cake with crushed pineapple, coconut, chopped walnuts, and golden raisins, filled with a delicious cream cheese frosting and decorated with vanilla buttercream.

Southern Red Velvet +$10

Made with love, for love, this red velvet is dreamy and delicious, filled with cream cheese frosting, and decorated with vanilla buttercream.

Coconut +$15

Coconut-flavored cake with a raspberry compote and smooth mascarpone cream filling decorated with coconut-flavored buttercream.

Rum Vanilla +$10

Vanilla rum cake filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting. *Contains alcohol

Bizcocho Mojadito +$15

Puerto Rican style cake, moistened with an almond and Grand Marnier syrup, filled and decorated with a vanilla almond buttercream frosting. *Contains alcohol

Info and Policies:

I am not interested in replicating the work of other cake artists. All I ask is for you to send me your color palette of choice.

These cakes are very time-consuming to create, from scratch, from start to finish. I source fresh, top-quality ingredients. My pricing reflects this.

Booking: I require 2 weeks' notice unless I am completely unavailable. All orders must be paid in full before this two-week minimum.  

Cancellations: If you cancel before two weeks’ notice, you are entitled to half a refund. There are no refunds for notice less than two weeks, no matter the circumstances. The reason for this is that I may have already started sourcing and customizing certain aspects of your order, such as the decorations, or picked up ingredients that are perishable and not returnable.  Deposits of canceled orders cannot be used/transferred for future orders.

Pick up: Your order is to be picked up within an hour window of the agreed time between 9 am-4 pm on the scheduled date. For example, if your cake is due to be picked up at 4 pm, you have until 5 pm to pick it up. For a small fee, delivery can be made within the Miami area. Rescheduling the pick-up time after 72 hours of notice may not be guaranteed. Not being able to pick up on the scheduled day results in a cancellation. Because I wear many hats, there is no guarantee that I will be available the day prior or the day after. Please coordinate carefully.

Allergies: I bake in a kitchen that is exposed to common allergens, such as nuts, eggs, and dairy. I do not offer vegan or gluten-free options. I recommend that those with severe allergies not consume any cake.

The decorations on the cake are not meant to be eaten and must be removed before cutting and serving. I may use a combination of artificial, fresh, or dried flowers. Some flowers, whether artificial or fresh, may be hand-painted or customized by me. Candy pearls are a very popular cake decoration. Although they are edible, it is not recommended to chew them.

Cake care: Cakes must be stored in the refrigerator. Butter melts, so do not leave the cake in hot and humid environments. Let it get to room temperature 45-70 minutes before serving.

If there are any leftovers: You'll want to store the cake in the fridge with plastic wrap against the cut part (of the cake) to prevent the cake from drying out and eat within 5-7 days. It lasts 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
